We do not accept order cancellations or returns. However, we are committed to making sure that you and your recipient are 100% happy, every time. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know asap and we'll make it right.
We've spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging process so that your gifts reach their recipients looking just as beautiful as they do in the photos on our website.
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once your gift box has been shipped.
Since LIABOXes are usually gifts, we never include receipts or prices once they are sent out.
Yes, you can include your preferred delivery date on the 'Extra Notes' section upon checkout. Please also check our shipping delivery information to ensure enough time for your preferred date. If you are ordering your box early, we also have a 'Do not open until XX' sticker for your gift available. Just add this to your cart and we'll write the date on.

We recommend 3-5 products for our box sizes.
We are unable to sell individual gift items. A gift box must be added to your order.
We currently have 1 box size available in 2 colours, original and dark grey. The measurements are 21 x 25 x 10cm (width x length x height).
We accept paypal and credit card through our website, or you can order through Instagram/Facebook and pay via bank transfer.
